What we like: This is one of the cheapest cloud storage services available. It offers excellent value, and the close integration with Microsoft-made OSes and Office suite is just awesome. Also, it has a tight integration with social media as well, turning it into one of the most useful cloud storage services when it comes to share files and data with members across a variety of platforms and channels. It doesn’t use OpenSSL, so it wasn’t hit by the Heartbleed security vulnerability. It has a fantastic free option. OneDrive pricing is highly competitive.

What we don’t like: This may be one of the  cheapest online storage but it’s not the fastest. Unfortunately for mobile users – Android and iOS; OneDrive doesn’t fit like a glove, and you’ll happen upon a few bugs and glitches here and there.

What we like: This cheap online backup offers one of the best plans available on the market. It’s one of the most useful services for office collaboration as it provides local file-synching and offline access, at all-times mind you, to documents. It comes with the OCR technology, which searches for images, PDFs and whatnot. There’s also a free plan available – you just need to create a free G-Mail account. Videos under 15 minutes, and under a certain resolution, don’t count to your total storage quota. Google Drive pricing is highly competitive.

What we don’t like: This may be one of the cheapest cloud services, but it doesn’t have useful task management tools. And considering that running a business requires all sorts of managing skills, this may be a deal breaker to some.

Fantastic mobile app that lets you to backup all of your data – videos, photos and files. The cheapest plan lets you recover files that you’ve uploaded to Dropbox in the past 30 days, and other plans extended the time up to 12 months. It has great 3rd party integrations, and sharing is super easy.

What we don’t like: There’s no way to collaborate with others, in real-time, on the same file. It’s a horrible backup solutions, because there’s no way to schedule backups. It has limited features.

What we don’t like: Lower tiers don’t have encrypted email. There’s no option to restrict files to View Only mode. Customer support is quite awful.
